Can I adjust my booking dates?
Yes, with 45 days advanced-notice you can change your booking dates up to two times without any additional fees.
What is your booking policy?
Bookings cancelled within 45 days are subject to full payment for perishable items. We try our best to work with you!
How do I make a payment?
We require a 50% down-payment and 50% final payment 24 hours before your rental.
How do I manage reservations?
Our online reservation management system has an easy-to-use “Reservations” section that you (or we) can manage.
Can I get an invoice for my rental?
Yes, you can. Please contact our customer support and provide your reservation number.
